By comparing on a pixel basis, the system recognises the smallest deviations. Nevertheless, the system can recognise and group similar deviations. This enables efficient processing with high accuracy.

MediaCheck is easy to configure and customise to your own requirements. Media Check can be integrated into the processes / workflow to increase productivity.

Versatile areas of application

Additional modules for Braille, brochures, barcodes etc. extend the application areas of MediaCheck.

All versions of MediaCheck allow the comparison of several panels (several panels against the same reference or against several references). The panels are automatically recognised - regardless of their position or rotation - and assigned to the references.

Since DRUPA 2016, we have integrated innovative automation options into our Media Check print inspection system.

Jobs can be easily automated with our templates. Simply upload the reference PDF and the test specimen file - the parameters are already preset in the template. The job is automatically named after the reference file.

An example: In a pharmaceutical print shop, simply drag and drop the reference and test specimen file into the template. You will receive the result within a few seconds.

A green symbol indicates that everything is OK. If there are any deviations, you can view and evaluate them immediately.

MediaCheck Productivity

Simple and secure duplication of jobs

In MediaCheck, we have also integrated automation and simplifications for scanning printed packaging and comparing it with the reference PDF.

New jobs can be easily created from previous jobs, with the parameters and reference file already loaded. This means you can start scanning straight away.

Searching and finding previous jobs is effortless thanks to the existing filter.

Control of workflow results

Workflows are used in the pre-press stage of print shops to standardise processes - from the customer print file to the exposure of the printing plates with multiple copies, all automatically and without human intervention. The results are checked with MediaCheck.

MediaCheck Workflow can be seamlessly integrated into common workflow solutions (e.g. Esko). Via its own cockpit, users or administrators can view the status of the check jobs at any time, which is of course also transferred to the workflow solution.
